New Development Kitchen

The New Year coincides with the opening of our brand new development kitchen!

Simon Walley, our Development Chef has his whites on and is well under way with some exciting projects we plan to share with our customers.

The purpose of our development kitchen is to assist our customers with menu development and costings, food innovation, NPD, demonstrations for chefs, training and coaching via masterclasses on a variety of subjects which including managing allergens, food safety, introductions to suppliers and a range of new and exciting products.
