Freshview Foods Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by Freshview Foods Ltd (“Promoter”), whose registered office is Lowfield Drive, Wolstanton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 0UU. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or X.

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Freshview Foods Ltd, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected to this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook, or X.

  • Tag a friend or colleague in the comments.

  • Follow @Freshviewfoods on the respective platform.

  • (Optional) Share the giveaway post to their Instagram, Facebook, or X Story for a bonus entry.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed. If a participant enters through multiple social media accounts, it will still count as one entry.

4. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway begins on Tuesday 11th February 2025 and ends at midnight on Friday 14th February 2025.

  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be announced on Monday 17th February 2025 via Freshview Foods’ Instagram, Facebook, and X pages.

  • The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered through. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be chosen.

6. Prize

  • The prize consists of 6 tubs of Maldon Salt.

  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

  • Freshview Foods Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary.

7. General Conditions

  • Freshview Foods Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

  • Any incomplete, inappropriate, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Any personal information provided will only be used for the administration of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

  • Participants may request the removal of their data at any time by contacting Freshview Foods Ltd.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
