Here’s what our team say at Freshview Foods.
Having come from a catering background, I have always regarded Freshview as one of the premium suppliers in the area.
It wasn’t until I decided to hang up my chef whites and put on the Freshview uniform that I knew what great and professional setup that Freshview actually was.
As with all great things in life it’s the people that make it what it is, from the very top downwards everyone always has a spare few moments for a chat and acknowledge the great work that is being done.
Freshview to me is very much a company of the people and like to show appreciation to their staff, throughout the year various different events and treat days are organised and rolled out . Having only been here a short while I can say I have achieved quite a lot, from completing my fork lift training , to level 3 food hygiene, as well as fire Marshall training, Freshview have no barriers when it come to holding people back.
We have recently set up a charity committee, which I am a part of. With the main aim of giving back to community.
I have enjoyed my time here so far and I am looking forward to being here for many years to come.

I came to Freshview as a school leaver the company is very much a huge part of my life and after 25 years of service its still a pleasure to work here. I have been lucky to work in various departments, gradually climbing the ladder from Office junior to now Credit Control clerk with much encouragement from senior management. They offer numerous training courses and opportunities to always better yourself.
Its clear to see the whole Freshview team are hard working, committed and professional aswell as friendly and supportive. This is rewarded on a regular basis by managment who acknowledge everyones hard work, to mention a few we have Job well done, employees are nominated on a monthly basis and receive a voucher for their recognised hard work, we have regular treat days which can be something as simple as a hot chocolate and brownie. Last summer Freshview arranged a “Summer Freshtival” to say thank you to everyone for their hard work and dedication with free food, drinks and entertainment. Not to mention the Christmas bonuses, Christmas dinner and the up and coming annual Christmas Party, its no wonder I’m sticking around!
Its not just the staff Freshview look after they have recently set up a “Care and Share“ team who arrange events to raise money for local charities and foodbanks.
There is no doubt not only are you well looked after here at Freshview Foods you will always be respected and appreciated if you give your all and work hard, with great opportunities in return.

I came to Freshview Foods after the birth of my first daughter and having spent most of my working life within the retail sector.
Freshview were very accommodating with the shifts which meant I did not miss out on special moments at home whilst also ensuring I was able to give 100% to help deliver Freshview’s mission.
Joining Freshview was a big career direction change for me however, within a very short space of time I felt like I had been part of the family for years and knew I had made the right decision. Friendly colleagues who would help to train you and make conversation to get to know you as a person and management who would always ensure they do what they can to make sure you are ok.
After being at Freshview for a little over 12 months I had the amazing opportunity to take part in a department manager training scheme, something Freshview had never ran in the past. The investment and encouragement shown to me only solidified my feelings further that this was a great to place work.
During this training I would see all aspects of the business to help grow my understanding and experience of Freshview. I would even end the training with a qualification.
My experience so far at Freshview has taught me that they are very willing to help everybody improve and progress should they wish to, a model that is not followed by every employer.
I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me and my Freshview family.
